Three attached concourses will provide access to aircraft parked in both contact and remote stands. The terminals’ gross floor area is approximately 3.12 million square feet and is comprised of six levels. Project elements under this contract include the design and construction of a new terminal processor; terminal concourses; airside aprons; aircraft stands and taxi lanes; remodeling, renewal, refurbishment, restoration, and integration of the existing terminals; ticketing, check-in, and boarding, including passenger boarding bridges; transferring and arriving, security, passport control, and customs; retail concessions; airside hotel; airline lounges; restrooms; prayer rooms; and seating areas. All airside and landside facilities, such as departure and arrival curbs, aircraft contact stands, aircraft remote stands, airside service roads, and taxi lanes to safely handle vehicles and pedestrians on the landside, and aircraft and service traffic on the airside, are also included to ensure a fully-functional, maintainable, and ultramodern terminal facility.
